Almost-maybe-dead former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro mentioned ABC’s Jake Tapper in an online column he wrote about Barack Obama’s “misinterpretation” of Cuba’s offer to discuss various issues. Issues like, for example, whether it is ever appropriate to write numb3rs in place of letters.
