French Elle has come out with a “no makeup” issue for April, featuring stars like Monica Bellucci, Sophie Marceau and Eva Herzegovina. Could you imagine a Spanish or Latina magazine doing something like this? Come on, People En Español. Give us Niurka and Ninel sans makeup.
