Paraguayan President Ordered To Give Illegitimate Son His Last Name

Fernando Lugo, the ex-bishop turned president of Paraguay has been hit with three paternity claims in the past two weeks and now a judge has validated the first one. Lugo is now responsible for two-year old Guillermo Fernando and is obligated to give the boy his last name.
