How is it possible to have not heard of the swine flu at this point in time? Paris Hilton shows us that when you’re a vapid socialite with your head up your ass, it’s not hard at all. After a paparazzo in this video tells her what the swine flu is, she says she’s not worried because, “I don’t eat that.”
