Holy shit. Tupac Shakur, who was allegedly shot and killed 13 years ago in Las Vegas, was spotted in New Orleans drinking Hand Grenades at a bar on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. TMZ has more photos.
This reminds me of the time I saw John Lennon voting in the East Village in NYC. No shit.
