Congressman Reads Longest List Of Sex Acts On House Floor

I’ve learned a few things from this video of Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fla.) reading a long list of sex acts not covered in an anti-hate crime bill. Especially that there is such a thing as, “toucherism.” The act of getting off by secretly rubbing up against strangers’ privates.
From YouTube:
The Huffington Post speculated that he likely set a congressional record for citing the most sex acts of any speech in Congress.
“I apologize to our transcriber, but I want to put into the record what we have to put up with in the Rules Committee,” said Hasting. What followed was a very long and unusual list of sex acts not protected by the proposed bill.
The House passed the hate crimes bill Thursday.
