Last night, Justice David H. Souter, the 105th justice to be appointed to the Supreme Court, told four people he plans to retire in June after more than 18 years on the court. This will open the first seat for a Democratic president to fill in 15 years. Rumor has it, Nyorican Sonia Sotomayor is at the top of Obama’s list.
