Funds To Close Guantánamo Denied. Republicans Still Ridiculous

South Dakota republican Senator John Thune says “The American people don’t want these men walking the streets of America’s neighborhoods. The American people don’t want these detainees held at a military base or federal prison in their back yard, either.”

Oh. Well, what about all those other murderers/rapists/molesters in our back yard prisons now? Are they cool? Are they cool because they’re not people you put in there with that infamous war you were so pushy about? How interesting.

No love for Obama and the people.
