Why Sonia Sotomayor Might Not Be Supreme Court Justice After All

We all know that noted angry Latina, Sonia Sotomayor, is the front runner for the Supreme Court nomination because of her “legal and real-world experience, as well as an appreciation for the impact of court decisions on everyday life.”

However, a couple factors may be working against her. One, Obama need not kill the gender/diversity bird with one stone given that there are a couple more old SC Justices about to retire/die. Further, the Post claims, Hispanic organizations are lobbying for her so hard that it’s making it look like Sotomayor is just being pushed because she “fits the bill” regardless of her ability to make a good SJ Justice.
