To Live And Die In LA: A Tribute To Skin, The Only Latino Mutant

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a pretty good movie for people who love the X-Men, but not featured in any of the X-Men movies thus far is Angelo Espinosa, aka Skin, whose mutation gives him an ever expanding epidermis that he can control at will to make himself super stretchy and freaky looking.
Skin is known as the “superhero from the barrio” cause he grew up in East LA and had gang affliations. He had to fake his own death to get out of the hood and his dad was killed in a drive by.
Few of his crew of upstart X-Men, known as Generation X, have been featured in the X-Men movies thus far, but one imagines there are many more episodes from the Marvel Universe to come, so maybe we’ll see him.
The question is whether we’ll see Skin’s death. In the comic, he was CRUCIFIED on the lawn of the X-Men mansion by a bunch of religious fanatics from the “Church of Humanity” who believed mutants were against God’s plan. That’s some crazy shit, y’all!

Sunspot aka Roberto da Costa? Rictor aka Julio Esteban Richter? There’s even my favorite Puerto Rican latina New Yorker, Dr Cecilia Reyes (who was incidentally created by a Spanish artist).
I’m used to the constant misspellings and typos in Guanabee, but did you even bother looking before you made up this filler?
For the record, Angelo appeared (played by Agustin Rodriguez) in the Generation X made for tv movie in the 90s, and actually was the one to save the day at the end.
Ha no, don’t blame Guanabee, I just wanted to give a shout out to Skin. I shouldn’t have made a claim that he’s the only latino mutant. I forgot about Sunspot and Rictor, I can’t remember any of their stories.
