72 Year Old Tasered

Kathryn Winkfein, a 72 year old woman, was pulled over for speeding last month in Travis County, Tex. Deputy Chris Bieze tased her. Apparently she did not want to sign the ticket, got into a bit of an argument with the officer, and dared the cop to use the taser on her. He did. Check out the video below.
