Al Franken Wins U.S. Senate Seat. Finally.

The November 2008 election was almost 8 months ago. And now, after several re-counts, Democrat Al Franken has finally been declared the official winner of the U.S. Senate race in Minnesota giving Democrats the 60 - 40 majority in the Senate. He ran against incumbent Republican Norm Coleman who is, evidently, Minnesota’s sorest loser.
