Air France Crash Update: Argentine Bomb Threat Investigated

A bomb threat was called in on a flight from Buenos Aires to Paris just days before Flight AF 447 from Brazil to Paris disappeared over the Atlantic ocean and now investigators are thinking the two could be related.
An anonymous, long-haul Air France pilot told Le Figaro newspaper, “it’s ‘highly likely a bomb went off on board. I have flown these jets for Air France for more than ten years, and the chances of an electrical fault seem unfeasible to me”
According to the Daily Mail: “Ezeiza International Airport officials in Buenos Aires delayed an Air France flight from BA to Paris on the evening of May 27 after the bomb threat was called in.
Federal Police and airport safety officers inspected the plane and it was cleared for take-off, Argentine media reported. The search lasted about an hour and a half, and passengers were not evacuated from the plane.
Just four days later, Flight 447 dropped out of the sky so quickly that pilots did not even have time to make a Mayday call.”
Authorities have no explanation for this because there is literally no evidence. However, the last radio message from Flight AF447 as it cruised at 522mph between Rio de Janeiro and Paris early on Monday reported heavy turbulence, raising the possibility of a catastrophic lightning strike.
