Blacks And Latinos Least Prepared For Transition To Digital TV

5.1 percent of black households and 4.3 percent of Latino homes are not prepared to make the switch to digital. Maaaaybe because we’re the wave of the future and understand that television will soon be obsolete? Or, in my case, maybe I’m just god damn lazy and can’t afford a converter box. Hmph.
