According to local authorities, Rafael Muñiz López, a priest in Jalapa, Veracruz, was the main content provider for a popular child pornography website. Lopez was detained in the street after police seized a set of computers that held thousands of pornographic images and videos. He his brother, who was with him, was also arrested but been released, no charges are being made against him at this time.
