Broke Ass California Says IOU $24,000,000,000

California needs to legalize it like TODAY because tax revenues are down and the state owes its creditors 24 BILLION dollars. Arnold the Governator isn’t going to raise taxes (they’re already high as shit) and nobody knows what they’re supposed to do, so California decided to just be like, yeah so, we’ll get you back baby, you know we’re good for it, come on Obama hook us up with some of that bailout cash, we’re feelin the chucks!
