As an effort to stop the increasing juvenile crime activities in San Juan, the government has implemented a curfew law. Anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday night through Thursday night. Friday and Saturday they will be allowed to stay out at night until midnight.
