Halle Berry Performed Before Louisiana Legislature: Why!?

We’re used to watching a video of this song while nearly comatose late at night on MTV Jams. Turns out, that’s the same thing Louisiana legislators do cause they had Hurricane Chris perform his classic ode to Halle Berry in the dingdang Louisiana halls of Congress! HC showed up looking dapper in a suit and had an especially well-reasoned message for all the ladies that don’t look like Halle Berry: “It doesn’t matter what you look like, if you feel like you Halle Berry, if you got your confidence that high, then that’s what it is, you Halle Berry.”  The real Halle Berry declined to comment.
