Ospen Laparra’s Remains Found In Bags

The remains of 21-year-old Guatemalan immigrant Ospen Laparra have been found in two garbage bags in Biscayne Bay. Another, third bag was found in (boring) Broward County. Tests are being done to determine if the bloody clothes within belonged to Laparra.
