Puppy Flushed Down Toilet Survives, Feels Pooped

A week-old cocker spaniel puppy was saved by a drainage worker after accidentally being flushed down a toilet. Aw/ew!

This is unbelievable. Some knucklehead reporter wrote the ONE WEEK OLD puppy was “playing in the yard”,,,their eyes don’t open until 10 to 14 days. As a long time prestigious dog breeder, (shown and won at Westminster, etc), I find it appalling that parents would allow this child to have access to a newborn puppy. It is a wonder the mother of the puppies didn’t take the childs hands or face off. What is wrong with this society?? How could parents of this child not instill and teach respect and knowledge of living things? Having grown up on a farm, it is now easy to see how society so lacks the teaching of this lifestyle.
No one is talking about what will likely happen, onset bacterial pnuemonia takes about three weeks to set in, from aspiration. The puppy will most likely die as a result of it.
It makes me sick to think of this, let alone see it on video. Disgusting.
