South Carolina’s Gov. Mark Sanford Went ‘Naked Hiking’

So why would a conservative Governor just up and disappear to the mountains without telling anybody INCLUDING his family? Well, The governor may have gone for a naked hike. Whaaa? For serious.

Here are the facts according to NBC’s Domenico Montanaro:

“Fact 1: Gov. Mark Sanford went missing Thursday and hasn’t been seen since. Fact 2: His staff has since told us that the governor has been hiking the Appalachian Trail. Fact 3: Sunday was ‘Naked Hiking Day’ on the Appalachian Trail.”

So the Gov. totally missed Fathers Day and he’s got four children. Yeah.

The ‘Palmetto Scoop’ reports “The Governor, who dropped off the face of the Earth for five days, was reportedly found Monday night by his staff hiking along the Appalachian Trail.”

Not only is it weird but it’s sketchy. He’s a Governor!
