But wait, it get’s better; “…Informative interest pertaining to the frivolous genre of entertainment or spectacle.” Nice wording, Spanish Courts.

All this because ex Miss Spain, María Reyes, was photographed topless by gossip rag ‘Interviú,’ who Miss Reyes was trying to sue. Since the Spanish Supreme Court is now cool with ‘Public interest’ tetas, her case is being thrown out. Ouch.
