Yolanda Saldivar Filed Her Appeal In The Wrong Court

Convicted killer of Selena Quintanilla Perez, Yolanda Saldivar, (pictured) lost an appeal for parole yesterday when she filed it in the wrong court. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Saldivar had asked the court to order an appeal filed nine years ago in Nueces County, but yesterday, the state’s highest criminal appeals court said it should have been filed in Harris County, where she was tried and convicted of the 1995 shooting of the singer. We know she’s a murderer, but damn. That’s some cold shit.
