Not sure if you’ve heard, but people think Starbucks is an evil corporate giant bent on world domination, so they’d rather buy a cup of joe from some jackass down the street rather than coffee professionals. Starbucks is trying to buck this trend by inticing us with the drank. And by removing the word Starbucks from everything in some of their stores. Branding by not branding and getting people drunk. That’s some ahead of the curve type shit.
