Former Three’s Company star Joyce DeWitt was arrested on July 4th in El Segundo (where she left her wallet!). Witnesses report that the 60 year-old DeWitt was seen staggering towards the motorcycle cop after being stopped. This all happened at 4:19 PM in the afternoon. Those Regal Beagle recession happy hours must be a blast!
