R. Kelly In Trouble Again For Alleged Relationship With Minor

The National Enquirer is reporting that R. Kelly was investigated after being accused of, once again, having sexual relations with a minor. The young girl in question turned out to be 17, which is the legal age of consent in Illinois, but officials are now looking into when their relationship started.
