Rihanna could be fined $2,000 after being photographed wielding a tattoo needle and etching umbrella and “R” designs on three people at NY’s East Side Ink. You need a license to tattoo. Which, uh. We thought was pretty obvious.
Wouldn’t an umbrella tattoo be cute though?
