The New York Post says it has a picture of shamed dogfighter and sometimes football player Michael Vick taking a drinky wink at the Riverbend Bar & Grill, a restaurant at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott, after his first day of practice with the Philadelphia Eagles on August 15. They tried to make a stink about it and have somewhat succeeded since everyone is searching for the photo, but according to Eagles spokesman Derke Boyko, the details of Vick’s probation do not state that he can’t drink alcohol.

Big deal, the man had a drink. He did his time, now let him prove his remorse and help others to steer clear of crime through his example. Besides the bigger issue is the drink; Champagne Coolie?!? Did prison teach you anything?
