Mutant Parakeet In New Zealand

Whipper is a mutant parakeet. He’s got a disorder that causes his feathers to grow so long he looks not unlike a pomeranian. He was abandoned by his bird bitch of a mother, but lives happily in New Zealand as a local celebrity. [Ed. Note: I want one of these! He's so cool, like a feathered Chewbacca]
