Lover of Latins and Appalachian trail-hiker Mark Sanford is still holding tightly onto his position as governor of South Carolina, despite mounting evidence of his mismanaging taxpayer money. It’s now been discovered that Sanford spent something around $5,000 in cellphone bills. Investigators are now combing through his records in order to see whether any of these calls happened to be of a personal nature, particularly if they were to his Argentine lover, Maria Belen Chapur.
