Mexico Subway Shooter Charged With Double Homicide

Luis Felipe Hernandez, who opened fire on some police officers in the subway in Mexico City Saturday after they tried to arrest him for graffiting, was jailed Sunday. He faces double homicide charges, for killing one police officer and one passenger, after psychological exams determined he is not loco.
