Palp Pre GSM Pricing For Europe Anounced, America Is Still Waiting

I refuse to buy an iphone two main reasons: 1) I’m not sold on the virtual keyboard thing, 2) I hate AT&T and don’t wanna leave my sweet Tmobile deal where I only pay $50 dollars a month for unlimited talking with no roaming or long distance withing the US.

In my opinion, the Pre is the next best alternative to the iphone (again, they keyboard issue) but I’m not switching to Sprint because when I traveling internationally I like to pop in a local GSM chip and use my phone with a local pay-as-you-go plan. That cannot be done with a Sprint CDMA Pre, therefore, I need a GSM Pre.

Germany will get it first with sales starting on October 13, the U.K. and Ireland on October 16. Amerrrica has nada.
