An unidentified boat is in the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. right now, ignoring the Coast Guard’s orders to leave, causing the Coast Guard to fire on the vessel. CNN has quickly jumped to a code red terror alert. The waterway is between two major bridges.

UPDATE: It’s a Coast Guard training exercise and the media made up the part about shots being fired. Ha! (CNN is still calling it breaking news.)
