Kate Gosselin Files Motion To Get 230k Back From Jon

Kate Gosselin’s lawyer has filed against Jon in an attempt to get back $230,000 taken from their joint bank account. Kate told the Today Show that she only had $1,000 left in her account and could not pay her bills after Jon’s bank raid. “He took $230,000 of the $231,000 we had,” she told Meredith Vieira.
