Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson of Sublime performed at last Saturday’s California’s Smokeout Festival with their new frontman Rome Ramirez despite a legal threat held over their heads by the estate of Bradley Nowell, the band’s former frontman. Nowell had made it clear before his death that he did not wish for anyone to perform under the name “Sublime” without him present.
