‘Strip-Search’ Airport Scanner Is Now Being Tested In Manchester

A new and somewhat controversial ’strip-search’ technology is currently being tested in Manchester’s airport. The device renders a full scan of the body then beams it over to an operator. The technology would speed up the security check since you wouldn’t even have to take off your shoes. But some are worried about their privacy.

I personally don’t care if somebody looks at an unpleasant drawing of my naked body. If it moves the line faster, then by all means gawk away.
