TLC has filed a lawsuit against former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin, alleging he hasn’t met the obligations of his contract, has appeared on other programs for pay and has made unauthorized disclosures about the show. What, no mention of wearing Ed Hardy? Everything else really does pale in comparison.
