A few days ago Whoopie Goldberg made some confusing comments about how Roman Polanski wasn’t being accused of “rape-rape,” no, he was being accused of something else. To some, that sounded like Whoopi was being pro-Polanski and since she’s like the Mother voice of liberal always-in-the-right America, it simply cannot be.
