Chimp Attack Victim Pictures (Graphic!)

Charla Nash appeared on Oprah yesterday to talk about her recovery from the chimp attack she suffered nine months ago at the hands of her friend Sandra Herold’s pet chimpanzee, Travis. The story made headlines all over the world, but long after the world lost interest, Charla is still living with the disfiguring effects.
“I would never have imagined that an animal could have done that,” emergency worker Andrea Repko told Oprah’s show. “[Her hands] honestly looked like they went through a meat grinder.”
The chimp broke most of the bones in Charla’s face and ripped off her nose, lips, eyes and hands. A large portion of her scalp is missing, she only has one thumb, and doctors have created a hole in her face for her to get fluids through a straw. We warn you, these pictures are beyond difficult to look at.

Ugh. this makes me hate animal lovers even more. I got attacked by my best friend’s dog recently. I had to get stitches, two shots, two weeks of anitbiotics and the scars that will stay forever. And that dumb ass dog got some time-out. To pet owners, i say “fuck you!”
Seems like the dog made a good choice to fuck you up. Next time, die.
Yeah and then he made better choices by attacking the owner and his mother a couple of weeks later. eat a dick
Maybe he was pissed at them for being your friend.
Or just showing the sissy ass dog owner (like you i assume because i obviously hit a nerve) who the real man of the house is.
j rod im not saying you are right or paz is wrong. im gonna put both of you in perspective. it seems both of you are at opposites extreme. all you guys need to do is level out and you will find out how to come to a conclusion on this incident and all others when an animal is involved.
who in their right fucking mind would have a chimp as a pet. maybe she deserved it for being stupid, ignorant and plain dumb. she should of owned a chihuhua or a boston terrier. she wouldnt have suffered that beautiful face that chimp left her with.
it was her dumb ass friend’s pet, who should have had that damn thing put away while guests are over.
