The San Francisco Housing Authority didn’t evict a crystal meth lab from the projects despite numerous complaints from the nice, old ladies who also lived there. The development finally had to collapse under the weight of greasy methheads who’d taken over the place. Why? Well, for one, SFHA Executive Director, Henry A. Alvarez III, told the New York Times that he doesn’t know what crystal meth is. To be fair, he probably knows now.
