Maradona Didn’t Eat Indian Kids’ Cake Because Of Calories

In typical Maradona fashion, the Argentine ex-soccer star decided not to take a bite of a cake paid for by poor Calcutta children in honor of his 49th birthday, claiming that he couldn’t consume the calories because he was on a diet to regain his playing weight. He was in town on a charity visit. Despite Maradona’s dickishness, the kids were excited to have met their hero. Check out the cake in question below.
