Los Angeles Dodgers Pitcher Vicente Padilla Accidentally Shot In the Leg

Doing his best Plaxico Burress impression, Vicente Padilla, a pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, was shot in the leg in a hunting accident in Nicaragua. Adam Katz, Padilla’s agent, stated that it was only a minor wound. Other than his ego, there was no damage done. The bullet only managed to graze his right thigh, so the pitcher should be able to return to the mound next spring.
