Jeremiah and Zachariah Hooper of Alton, Texas--that's in the Rio Grande Valley, y'all--were fighting over the bathroom at their home yesterday when Zachariah pulled a .357 Magnum out and put a cap in his brother's ass, or more accurately, in his brother's neck. Jeremiah, 22, died as a result and Zachariah, 20, has been formerly charged by Hidalgo County police with manslaughter. Perhaps not coincidentally, authorities had a file photo of the deceased taken in a previous police line-up:
